The Last
Frontier of
Kumaon.
Tucked away in the easternmost corner of Uttarakhand, the Darma Valley is a geographical masterpiece where the Dhauliganga River carves a path between the colossal peaks of the Himalayas and the borders of Tibet and Nepal. This is the ancestral home of the Rung People.
Unlike commercial trails, Darma offers a raw, unfiltered encounter with nature. From the coniferous forests of Dharchula to the stark, glacial moraines of the Panchachuli Base Camp, the transition is dramatic. Here, five jagged peaks pierce the sky at over 6,000 meters.
